From a written scope. Quantities and selections are written down before demolition, not discovered halfway through.

How long is a kitchen out of use?

For most projects, several weeks, with a gap in the middle while the countertop is made.

It is named in the scope before the job starts. Leaving it open is the most common reason a kitchen loses a week.

How long does a bathroom take?

Commonly two to three weeks for a full renovation. Waterproofing, tile and finishes need drying and curing time.

Yes, but if it is your only bathroom, plan for a stretch with no shower. We phase the work to keep that short.

Can I add a bathroom in my basement?

Usually. How depends on whether the drain line sits above or below the slab.

Can you match existing trim?

Usually. Profiles from the 1950s onward can generally be matched. Older or custom ones may need milling.
