Bonded

The company is bonded. A bond is a third party standing behind the contract, so if the work is not completed to the agreement there is somewhere to turn other than the contractor. Ask for the bond details with the proposal and we send them.

Insured: workers' compensation and business liability

All Purpose Anytime Services LLC carries workers' compensation and business liability coverage on every job, across Maryland, DC and Virginia. If someone is hurt on your property or something is damaged during the work, that is our problem, not yours.

Certificate of insurance on request

A certificate of insurance comes with the proposal when you ask for it. Tell us who it needs to be addressed to. A condo board, a property manager or a lender may each want their own name on it, and that is a normal request.

60 to 90 day warranty on our work

Our work carries a 60 to 90 day warranty. The term depends on the job and is named in the written scope. If something we did is not right inside that window, call the same number and the same company comes back.

What to Check Before Hiring Any Contractor

Not just us. These five checks take ten minutes and settle most of what goes wrong in a remodel before it starts.
