Do you handle permits?
Yes. Where the work needs a permit, we pull it and schedule the inspections.
That is part of the project, not an extra you arrange yourself.
Some places add a review before the permit. A historic district in DC, the BAR districts in Alexandria and St. Charles in Waldorf all do. That time goes in the schedule from the start.
