What finish level should the walls be?
Level 4 is standard for most rooms.
Level 5 is worth it where a wall takes raking light or a gloss paint. Low sun across a long wall shows every seam.
We point out which walls in your house those are. The finish level goes in the written scope, because the price and the look both come from it.
