Basements and Whole Homes
How is a whole-home remodel priced?
By scope, with allowances for selections not yet made.
Everything with an allowance is named. You can see which numbers are firm and which will move when you choose.
On a job this size, the order matters as much as the price. Heating, plumbing, electrical and windows come before kitchens and paint.
